Not having the place, I started with offering a “wrap-around care” program of wellness professionals, integrated together to come alongside individual leaders as a network of support, for a structured brief period of time. This program offered a “retreat” of sorts, just without a location. This team approach morphed over time into a focused communication model, prioritizing strong communication strategies for leaders in their most valued relationships – their families and their employees.
With a heart for more people to be reached and receive the same excellent care, WIT took another turn, providing integrated wellness services to small business owners and their employees rather than just individuals. The company office now provides the structure, and business leaders and their teams all receive the same excellent support from WIT.
Through the current membership model, WIT comes to a small business, providing a short-term concierge-style approach to caring for the “work family”. The annual membership provides enough time to develop trust, offer ongoing professional education and consultation, and set a system up for ongoing success.
So, now when I ask, “where can leaders be supported?” I can answer, “right there – in their office!”
