Jill West is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach with a private practice in Lafayette, CA. where she works with women, teens and families helping them make lasting changes in their health, weight and energy. Jill is the author of the book, 400 Moms and is a columnist for Bay Area Parent magazine.
Jill graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science and completed her dietetic internship at UCSF Medical Center. She has worked for several major hospitals, including UCSF Medical Center, Joslin Diabetes Center and UC Davis Medical Center. Jill is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Diablo Valley District Association.
Jill loves good food and wine, hiking, traveling and the San Francisco Giants.
